Excellent customer service. I emailed that my friend received his Xmas gift totally thawed. Fed Ex had delayed delivery twice. They resent his gift via UPS IMMEDIATELY. this hearty stew is so flavorful and the chicken is high quality and tender.

This is just like the pot roasts I grew up having and it's so good on cold winter days.

I would prefer more carrots, but otherwise perfect!
